Role Overview

Levant Biotech seeks a diligent finance professional to handle financial activities within our health and biotechnology organization in Lusaka. The selected individual will oversee general financial tasks and support fiscal planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial functions such as ledgers, ledgers payable and receivable, account balancing, and salary processing.
• Generate precise fiscal statements and periodic summaries.
• Maintain adherence to corporate guidelines and statutory tax laws.
• Assist with financial forecasting, budgeting exercises, and fiscal strategy.
• Work alongside colleagues internally to optimize financial administrative procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Holds a relevant Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a comparable discipline.
• Requires 3–5 years of demonstrated professional accounting background, ideally within corporate or biotechnology settings.
• Familiarity with financial standards and local tax laws.
• Competence in spreadsheet applications and financial platforms.
