Role Overview

LENCOY is seeking a Group Accountant to manage financial operations across the corporate group and its subsidiary companies, which include Kalense Farms Ltd, Chamanga Entertainment and Leisure Company Ltd, and LENCOY. This contract role is based in Luanshya.

Duties and Responsibilities

The appointed professional will execute consolidated reporting within a multi-entity structure and build core financial statements from incomplete records. Responsibilities include designing and deploying optimal internal controls, generating routine management reports to inform key choices, and identifying early operational warnings. Additional duties involve compiling statutory accounts, handling tax filings, managing regulatory obligations, and interacting with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates must possess a professional credential such as AAT, ACCA intermediate, ZICA Licentiate, or a superior qualification. Applicants are also required to demonstrate prior employment background within a multi-company structure.
