Role Overview

Yalelo Zambia is seeking a meticulous Feed Stock Controller to maintain precise feed inventory records and guarantee continuous feed availability for production and lake-based operations in Siavonga. The selected candidate will oversee inventory documentation, reconcile physical supplies with system records, and conduct scheduled stock checks.

Key Responsibilities

The incumbent will log all incoming, stored, relocated, and disbursed feed while maintaining accurate paperwork. Additional duties involve verifying physical inventory against delivery documentation and system tallies, performing routine stock counts and reconciliations, and highlighting variances. The role requires tracking stock volumes, alerting supervisors for replenishment, drafting stock movement and reconciliation reports, and flagging damaged goods, shortages, or contamination threats while adhering to health, safety, and environmental guidelines.

Requirements

Applicants must hold a diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or an associated discipline. Essential competencies include strong attention to detail and the ability to collaborate effectively as a team player.
