The Project Management Support Senior Officer facilitates successful initiative execution and monitors daily tasks to guarantee that outcomes meet established parameters for time, cost, scope, and quality. This position provides critical operational and analytical backing for planning, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communications within development environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to creating and maintaining implementation schedules, ensuring outputs meet quality standards and budgetary limits.
• Provide logistical coordination for workshops, field missions, and stakeholder meetings, including drafting reports and materials.
• Incorporate environmental, gender equality, and social inclusion principles, and ensure adherence to Health, Safety, Social and Environmental (HSSE) guidelines.
• Draft accurate narrative and financial documentation while tracking progress against key performance indicators to flag variances early.
• Manage relationships with local authorities, donors, and partners, maintaining transparent channels of communication and supporting internal or external audits.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in any field with a minimum of 4 years of relevant professional background, or a Master’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency using web-based management systems alongside productivity software such as MS Office and G-Suite.
• Mandatory fluency in English.
• Desirable assets include professional project management credentials, experience in humanitarian or development frameworks, and multicultural background within international organizations.
